City names save as you type them
When you saved a project, company or your organization, a city that wasn't in our list of California cities was quietly replaced with whichever listed city looked closest. "Los Robles" was saved as Paso Robles, and "Rancho Murieta" (Sacramento County) as Murrieta (Riverside County). The wrong city then showed up on proposals and maps.
Now a city saves exactly as you type it. Known spellings and abbreviations (like "SF") are still tidied up. If what you typed looks close to a city we know, the form asks "Did you mean Paso Robles?" Click it to use that name, or ignore it to keep yours.
Cities that were already changed this way aren't reverted automatically, because the original spelling was never saved. Check any that look wrong and fix them on the record.
