Upload your company SOPs — the assistant answers from them first

The Knowledge Base describes how the trade generally handles a T&M tag, a PCO, a callback. It cannot know how your company does it. Now it can be told.

Company SOPs. Under Settings → Company SOPs, an organization admin uploads the written procedures — PDF, Word, plain text, markdown. Within the hour the assistant has read them, and from then on Ask your documents answers from your SOP first. Where your procedure and the general Knowledge Base disagree, your procedure wins, and the answer says so. Every answer still cites what it used, and the SOP is one click away from the citation.

Everyone in your company can see which SOPs the assistant is working from; only admins add, rename, or remove them. Remove one and it drops out of the assistant on the next sync.

Two honest limits. Your contract and specifications are not overridden by an SOP — when they differ, the answer reports both. And scanned PDFs are not read on this path; upload the original document.

Requires the AI processing opt-in (Settings → Organization), as with document Q&A. Nothing you ask is saved.
