Docs is now Files — with folders on every project

Two renames and one new view.

• Docs is now Files. Same page, same place in the sidebar, under Pursuit and Execution.
• A project's Files tab opens on folders. It's the view from the org-wide Files page, scoped to one project: a folder for each file type on the left, the files on the right. Drag files from your desktop onto a folder and they upload already tagged. Drag a file onto another folder to retag it. Every folder shows even when it's empty, so there's always somewhere to drop. List switches back to the full log, where you edit revisions and status.
• Setup is now Contract. Execution's first stage, in the sidebar and on the project tabs. Inside it, the contract page is the Setup tab, next to SOV and Compliance.
