Email sign-in and password-reset links work again

If you clicked Email me a magic link or Forgot password recently and the link dropped you on a "Sign-in failed — Missing auth tokens in URL" screen, that was on us. The emails were built the wrong way for the page they open, so the sign-in never finished.

New links work again in any browser, including your mail app's. A link you were already sent still works if you open it in the browser you requested it from; otherwise, ask for a fresh one. Each link works once.
