The estimate grid stops cutting off quantities and prices

The estimate grid is wide, and on a screen narrower than about 1,660 pixels it used to make room by squeezing its narrow columns: UOM, quantity, waste, overage, OH%, margin, extended cost and price. A quantity of 9,658 read as "965", and the line price lost its last digits. That is the number you bid on.

Each of those columns now keeps its width. When the grid doesn't fit, it scrolls sideways, so every number you see is the whole number. Long descriptions still truncate in the cell, and the full text shows when you click into it.
