Filters and dropdowns that match across the app

Filters you can read at a glance. The PM, GC, stage, status and type filters on the pipeline, estimating list, capacity planner, work orders, purchase orders, submittals, documents and product library are now the same chip the Projects page uses. Click it to pick from the list; long lists get a search box. A filter that's narrowing the list turns dark, so you can see what's applied without reading every label.

One dropdown everywhere else. Every other dropdown, in forms, settings and table rows, shares the same look and size. On phones and tablets they're tall enough to tap without zooming in.
