Finished jobs come off the roster
A job you closed stayed on the roster forever. There was no filter for it and no stage chip either, so the only way to stop looking at finished work was to scroll past it.
Closed jobs are now hidden by default on both tabs, Pursuit and Execution. A Closed checkbox sits next to Disqualified and Small projects, with the count beside it, and ticking it brings them straight back. The choice sticks, so if you'd rather always see them, tick it once.
A few things to know:
- Closeout is not closed. A job working through punch, as-builts and retainage is still live work and stays on the list. Only jobs actually marked closed drop off.
- Both ways of closing count. Some jobs are closed on the project's overall status and some on their execution stage. Either one takes the job off the roster, so a job you closed the usual way disappears whichever field got set.
- Lost bids are separate. Closed Lost and Disqualified are pursuit outcomes, not finished jobs, and they keep their own two checkboxes.
- Stock movements follow. Issuing or transferring material now offers only open jobs, so you can't charge a pallet to a job whose cost report is already settled.
Two related fixes rode along. The detail card you open from a roster row was showing the original award instead of the contract as it stands today, so on a job with executed change orders it disagreed with the row right above it. It now shows the current figure, labelled as such. And the money band across the top of a project's Overview was rendering grey and lighting up under the cursor; it reads as three plain cards again.
