Wins get noticed: streaks, badges, leaderboards
The number on the dashboard was always right. It just never said anything when it moved.
A toast, for you. Move a project to Bid Submitted, award a job, send a proposal, or record a payment, and the next screen you land on shows a short toast with a little confetti. It shows once and never replays.
Wins, for everyone. The Goals page opens with a Wins feed: "Jamie won Lincoln HS Gym", "Pat collected $12,500 on App #3". Every entry comes from a real write in the system, so nothing can be posted by hand.
Goal hit. When one of those events is the one that takes a target over the line, the goal gets its own entry, and the goal's owner gets a bell notification: the person for a personal goal, admins and executives for a company goal, the PM for a project goal.
Streaks. A new goal kind: daily report filed every work day. A day with no timecard on the job is skipped (rain, weekend); a work day with no report filed breaks the run. Set the length you're after, for yourself, a project, or the whole company, and the Goals page shows the run in work days.
A nightly record. Every night each goal's standing is written down for its period, so a monthly target keeps its history when the month rolls over and a missed one says so. If a goal crossed its target while nobody was looking, the night's pass celebrates it then.
Badges. Eight of them, in the profile menu: first bid, first award, first dollar collected, first goal hit, a daily-report streak of 7, 30 and 90 work days, and a recurring goal hit three periods running. Earned ones light up; the rest say how to get them. They are permanent, they come from real writes in the system, and nobody can hand one out.
Leaderboards, three locks deep. Off by default. An admin turns them on under Settings; a goal's creator marks a pipeline-measured target ranked; and each person joins that goal's board themselves. Participants see the full ranking of people in their own role, admins see every role, and anyone who hasn't joined sees nothing. A goal with any hand-logged progress is never ranked. Nobody is ranked who didn't ask to be.
One more metric. Calls logged — CRM activities of type call — joins bids submitted and awarded value as a pipeline-measured target, for the company or for yourself.
Quiet mode. On your profile page: skip the toast and the confetti. The bell and the Wins feed still carry the moment.
