Invited teammates set a password when they join

Invite someone and they get a link. Until now that link signed them in once and never asked for a password, so the next morning a foreman on a phone was locked out unless they found Forgot password.

• Set it on the way in. The join screen now asks a new teammate for a password alongside their name. Their email and that password is how they sign in from then on.
• Already have an account? If you're joining a second company with an existing login, nothing changes: you aren't asked again.
• Company settings stay with admins. Teammates who aren't admins now see the company profile read-only, instead of a form they couldn't save.
