My Tasks shows everything on your desk
More than tasks. My Tasks used to list only tasks. It now leads with everything the Workload page counts to you: RFIs and submittals you own, requirements assigned to you, and on the jobs you PM, open changes, billing and any task nobody's picked up.
At a glance. Three tiles up top show how much is open, how much is late, and what's due in the next seven days. Underneath, a bar for each kind of work shows where it's piling up, with the late count beside it.
One click to the work. Below that, the list is grouped by job. Every line opens the place you'd work it: the RFI log, the submittal log, the change log or billing. Your tasks are still on the board underneath, just as before.
Workload gets the same picture. The Workload page now opens with tiles for how many people you're looking at, how much is open, how much is late and, for admins, what nobody owns. Below them, a bar for each person is split by kind of work, so you can see at a glance who's carrying the most and what it's made of.
