Every photo keeps its fingerprint from the moment it lands
When a photo backs a delay claim or a back-charge, the other side's first question is whether it's the original. Until now STrOp kept the image and the upload time, and nothing else.
What's recorded at upload. Every photo added to the job log, a daily report or a service call now carries:
- a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact file,
- who uploaded it and when,
- the original file name, size and type,
- and, if the camera wrote them, its own capture time and GPS fix.
All of it is read on your phone before the file is sent. The image doesn't go anywhere it wasn't already going.
It can't be changed afterwards. You can still edit a caption or category, but the fingerprint, uploader and camera data are locked once the photo is saved. The database itself refuses the change, not just the screen.
Camera data is shown as the camera's claim. A camera's clock and GPS can be edited before upload, so STrOp shows them next to the upload time and the phone's location, never in place of them. Open a photo to see both. The printed daily report lists them under each photo with the full fingerprint.
Photos added before today don't have a fingerprint. Nothing about them has changed.
