Pickers grow to fit their list

Open the product picker on a submittal row and it came up squashed: a search box, a couple of rows and a scrollbar, with plenty of screen below it. It wasn't being clipped by the table — that was fixed a while back — it was being measured too early.

Dropdowns size themselves to their contents when they open. The product picker fetches the catalog after it opens, so it was measured while it held nothing but the search box and "Loading…", pinned to the minimum height, and then received the whole catalog into a panel that had already decided how tall it was.

Every dropdown now re-measures whenever its contents change, so a list that arrives a moment after opening gets the height it needs. This applies to the shared picker used across Submittals, Procurement, Field materials, Inventory, Estimating and Assemblies — and to any other menu that fills in after it opens.
