Your production rates, kept in one place
Labor cost goes up every year. How fast a crew lays LVT mostly doesn't. Those are two different numbers, and STrOp now keeps them apart.
Settings → Production Rates is your rate book. Each task (cost code, unit and a description, like "LVT glue-down, open area") has a current rate: units per worker per day, at a stated shift length. For example, 190 SF/day @ 8 hr. There are no dollars here. The wage comes from each bid's own labor rate, so the book stays good as the wage card moves.
Every value you record stays in the task's history: when, where it came from, and a note. The table shows the spread (average, low and high), restated at the task's shift length so a 10-hour job compares fairly with an 8-hour one. The current rate changes only when someone picks a value and makes it current. Nothing averages behind your back.
Bring an existing rate book in through Import → Production rates (CSV). New tasks are created; a task you already have gets the row added to its history.
