Project and contract edits now show in the activity log

Some edits were saved but left no trace in a project's activity log:

• the project Edit page (owner, public works, bid date, DIR numbers, job #, status)
• the contract card's terms, such as contract #, retainage %, completion dates and warranty months
• the awarded GC
• DIR registration on the Compliance tab
• dragging a job between pipeline lanes

A retainage change from 10% to 5% could go unrecorded.

Now each of these edits is logged with which fields changed, from what, to what, and who made the change. Saves that change nothing aren't logged.

Because they're logged, other people with the project open now see these changes without reloading.
