Every project date on the schedule, and a calendar for the pursuit board
One place to look for a date.
- Key dates on the Schedule. Open a project's Schedule tab and the dates you already entered elsewhere are there: bid due, contract execution, NTP, start, substantial completion, final completion, the next pay app cutoff, retainage release and warranty end. They show in List, Gantt and Timeline. Each one links back to where it's edited — change the bid date on the project and the schedule follows. Nothing to keep in sync.
- Calendar on the pursuit board. Pipeline → Pursuit → calendar. A month view of every open pursuit — qualify through bid submitted — with bid due dates, budget-submitted dates, and open tasks with a due date as follow-ups. Colored by stage; overdue follow-ups read red. The stage chips filter it like the board.
- Budget submitted. A new date on the project's Pursuit section. Set it when the budget number goes out and the card reads Budget submitted until the job is awarded — the pursuit stays wherever it is, so a budget that turns into a hard bid keeps its history.
