Labor rate sheet columns add up

A GC reading the labor rate sheet should be able to add across a row. Before, Base Wage and Fringes showed the raw CBA numbers while Regular included payroll taxes, workers' comp, GL and (on the with-profit version) your profit, so the row never added up.

Now:

  • Base Wage carries the payroll taxes, workers' comp and GL along with the wage.
  • With profit: Base Wage and Fringes both include the profit %.
  • Base Wage + Fringes = Regular, to the cent, in both versions. Overtime and double time don't change.

A footnote on the sheet says what Base Wage includes.
