Every state you work in, on one page
If you run jobs in more than one state, the question that used to take five screens to answer is now one: are we set up to work there, and what is due?
States (linked from Settings → States, or go straight to it) lists every state you are in — your home state, any state with an open project, any state you hold a licence in — and for each one shows:
- Registration — your contractor licence or registration on file and when it expires. An expiry inside thirty days turns amber; an expired one turns red. A state with open projects and nothing on file is called out.
- Ruleset — whether that state's rules are entered, and which clocks are still blank.
- Lien waivers — which of the four forms are on file for that state. California is built in; everywhere else uses the forms you have approved.
- Payroll burden — whether a state-specific burden config exists, or jobs there price on your home default.
- Prevailing wage — whether STrOp files for that state's authority yet, and what is built so far.
- Exposure — open projects, open contract value and retainage held in that state.
- What's due — open post-award items with the preliminary notice first, overdue ones in red, and retainage clearances still waiting.
Nothing here is new data. It is what each setting and each job already knew, in one place, so the person responsible for the company's standing in each state can see it without opening every project.
