Timecards: creating a T&M ticket no longer resets the card

Picking + New T&M ticket… on a timecard row used to reload the whole card the moment the ticket was created. Unsaved hours could be lost, and the row often came back without the new ticket attached. Now the card stays put: your hours stay where you typed them and the row is tagged with the ticket you just made.
