Icon buttons tell you what they do

Labels on icons. Hover over an icon-only button and a small label tells you what it does: Close, Download photo, How-to for this screen, Remove file. It shows up a moment after you hover, without the browser's long wait, and it also appears when you reach the button with the Tab key. Column headings with a dotted underline explain themselves the same way.

Screen readers. A couple of close and remove buttons that screen readers used to announce with no name now say what they do.
