Wage determination flags read the way DIR prints them
DIR marks each determination's expiration date with an asterisk. A single * means the rate stays in effect until DIR issues a new one. A double ** means a predetermined increase takes over after that date.
The import review had those two symbols swapped on its checkboxes, so anyone matching a box to the PDF would tick the wrong one. They now read Effective until superseded (*) and Predetermined increase after expiry (**), and the determinations list shows the same marks. Nothing you've already imported changes: the flags were always stored by what they mean.
