Workload: who's carrying what, across every job

See who's carrying what. Workload in the sidebar counts every open item across your active jobs by the person responsible: RFIs, submittals, tasks, requirements, changes and billing, plus how many are late and how many jobs each person is PM on. It's counts, not estimates, so it's a quick read on who's buried and who has room for the next job.

Who counts for what. RFIs, submittals, tasks and requirements count to their owner. Changes and billing count to the job's PM, and so does anything on the job nobody owns.

Owners on RFIs and submittals. RFIs have an Owner next to Ball in court, and the submittal log has an Owner column. New items belong to whoever creates them, and existing ones now belong to whoever created them. Reassign them any time, even after they're submitted.

Managers see their team. Admins can set who each person Reports to under Settings → Roles & Permissions. Everyone sees their own row, managers also see everyone below them, and admins see the whole company.
